We are here to assist you with any issues you may have with your order after it is dispatched from our warehouse.

Once the order is placed, please allow 7 - 10 days for the order to be processed and packaged, after which it will take approximately 3 days for you to receive it.

You can exchange your product within 3 days of receiving it under the following conditions:

Received wrong product

Received damaged product

Received missing items of a product

Please provide details of the order (order number, invoice, etc.) when requesting for an exchange. We do not have a refund policy, but if you have any problems with your order that are listed above, or any other issue, we are here to help you with an exchange for another product. Please note that there are no refunds or exchanges for sale items.
